Three sizes are available based on the dimensions of the goal mouth:

Junior – 6’ (183cm) x 4’ (122cm)
Intermediate – 7’ (213cm) x 5’ (152cm)
Adult – 8’ (244cm) x 7’ (213cm)

Quad-Netz 3 offers a football goal, football rebounder and rugby conversion posts. The football rebounder goal offers two modes of training: there are target holes for accuracy practice and the rebound facility promotes balls skills and reaction time.
